Introduction

The RTO-10 Range Extender can increase the range of a wireless sensor network by up to 300m. It is a USB dongle and USB power supply combination with adaptors available for most countries.

It is housed in a discreet white plastic enclosure with three LED's to indicate network activity.

Applications

The RTO-10 is perfect for connecting wireless nodes to SiCA Gateways which are located at the extremities of large buildings and would not normally be within wireless range.

It can be simply plugged in to any mains socket and will automatically route data between wireless nodes and SiCA Gateways. Multiple RTO-10's can be used to increase the reliability of a wireless sensor network.
