Overview

We have a new vacancy for a Management Accountant to join our head office team in Limerick, Ireland. The successful candidate should have relevant work experience in a busy technology company. The candidate will display accounting knowledge, analytical skills, and good business judgment with attention to detail.

Role Purpose

• Provide accurate, timely financial information that drives business performance
• Produce monthly management accounts, review against budgets, prepare forecasts
• Implement and document financial systems and processes
• Oversee the payroll process across the company
• Support the sales and manufacturing teams
• Analyse project costs, overheads, margin
• Stock & Balance Sheet Reconciliations
• Other ad-hoc duties as required

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

• Professionally Qualified Accountant (ACA / ACCA / CPA), CIMA Qualified candidates will have a distinct advantage
• Experience in a similar Management Accounting / Operations Accounting position
• Experience using Sage Line 50 Accounting software, online banking, ROS
• Experience using CRM, ERP & MRP systems is an advantage
• Previous experience working within the electronics / manufacturing industry is an advantage
• Strong IT skills essential
