Overview

This is a position within the EpiSensor sales team that will have responsibility for the management of existing customer accounts, qualification of leads, organising quotations, proposals and providing pre-sales support. The candidate will support the day to day sales activities of the external sales team. A proven track record of supporting system and/or channel sales within a technology company would be preferable.

This position requires excellent communications skills and good business judgement. Successful candidates will be required to gain a deep understanding of the business within a short timeframe and will report to the company sales director.

Additionally, some administrative and office management and operational functions may be included in day to day activities for this role depending on candidate and experience, and there will be a considerable opportunity for the right person to grow quickly in this position.

Responsibilities may include a remit to own and to improve office processes and procedures, to manage the CRM system and other back office management information systems, and to provide finance with all the necessary up to date information to ensure the accounts are current and accurate.

 

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

  • A Bachelor degree in a relevant field (Business, Engineering), or equivalent industry experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a B2B sales support or similar customer facing role
  • Good initiative and sound decision making ability will be essential to this position
  • Excellent administrative and organisational skills are a must.
  • Strong commercial awareness, confidence and professionalism are necessary.
  • Experience with CRM systems and knowledge of sales processes is essential.
  • Knowledge of the industry is an advantage
